Contact

Some spiritual questions can be explored through reading and reflection. Others become more personal and may benefit from dialogue, guidance, or simply the opportunity to put an experience into words. This page offers two ways of connecting more deeply: through Albert, our AI guide, and through direct human contact when that is genuinely needed.

SpiritualAfterlife.com is part of a wider exploration of consciousness, awakening, meditation, and the continuation of the soul beyond physical life. As that exploration develops, questions often arise that are difficult to anticipate in advance.

You may therefore use this page whenever you wish to explore something further, ask about a personal experience, or join others around the world in a shared period of meditation.

Albert — Your Personal Guide

We are working closely with a specially developed version of ChatGPT which we affectionately call Albert, after Albert Einstein.

Albert has been developed as a companion for those exploring life after death, consciousness, meditation, awakening, spiritual experience, and the journey of the soul.

You may approach Albert in whatever way feels most natural.

You might begin with a simple question.

You might describe an unusual experience.

You might ask about something you have read on this website.

Or you may wish to explore the deepest questions concerning consciousness, death, reincarnation, spiritual realms, awakening, and the nature of existence itself.

The conversation can develop gradually, allowing you to question, reflect, challenge ideas, and follow whichever direction feels most meaningful.

Simply click the Albert image above.

Albert is not intended to replace your own judgement or inner discernment. Rather, the dialogue can provide another way of exploring ideas, considering different possibilities, and bringing greater clarity to questions that may otherwise be difficult to express.

Some people may use Albert only occasionally.

Others may find that an ongoing dialogue becomes part of their own process of enquiry.

There is no prescribed way to use it.

Begin wherever you are.

Personal Contact

For most general questions, we encourage you to begin with Albert and explore what emerges through that conversation.

There are occasions, however, when a person may particularly value human contact.

You may have undergone a significant spiritual experience.

You may have questions arising from meditation or awakening.

You may have experienced something connected with death, bereavement, inner Light or Sound, or an unusual change in consciousness.

Or you may simply feel that your enquiry would benefit from speaking with someone who has long-standing direct experience of meditation and spiritual development.

In such circumstances, you are welcome to contact us by email:

Please use personal contact where it feels genuinely appropriate, allowing this form of guidance to remain available particularly for those whose questions or experiences require a more individual response.

Global Meditations

Around the world, people from many different backgrounds are discovering the stillness, clarity, and depth that can arise through meditation.

The Global Meditations offer a simple opportunity to sit quietly at the same time as others in different countries.

There is no organisation to join.

There is no registration.

There is no requirement to follow a particular system.

Simply sit wherever you are and meditate in whatever way feels natural to you.

You might rest your attention in silence.

You might follow the breath.

You may become aware of inner Light or Sound.

You may use prayer, contemplation, or simply remain peacefully present.

The purpose is not to produce a particular experience.

It is simply to become still together.

When to Join

The Global Meditation takes place on the first day of every month.

There are two opportunities to join:

● 09:00 UTC

● 21:00 UTC

You are welcome to join either meditation, or both.

You may sit for a few minutes or for considerably longer.

There is no required duration.

What matters is simply the shared intention to become quiet, turn inward, and join others in a period of stillness.

A Quiet Shared Intention

These meditations are deliberately simple.

They are not formal ceremonies and there is no need to imagine that everyone taking part will have the same beliefs, experiences, or understanding.

One person may meditate deeply on inner Light and Sound.

Another may simply sit quietly.

Someone else may offer a prayer for peace.

Another may rest in open awareness without thought or intention.

What connects the participants is not a particular doctrine.

It is the willingness, for a short period of time, to become inwardly still.

There is something quietly powerful in knowing that elsewhere in the world other people are doing the same.

Whether such moments create effects beyond the individuals taking part cannot easily be established.

But at the very least, each participant contributes a period of greater stillness, awareness, and goodwill to their own life.

And perhaps these small islands of peace may also radiate outward in ways we do not yet fully understand.

In Essence

● Albert is available as a personal AI guide for questions about life after death, consciousness, meditation, awakening, and spiritual experience.

● Human contact is also available for deeper or more personal enquiries where direct guidance feels appropriate.

● The Global Meditations take place on the first day of every month at 09:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC.

● No registration or particular meditation technique is required.

● The emphasis throughout is upon exploration, inner stillness, personal discernment, and the gradual discovery of what may lie beyond ordinary awareness.

This website began with a question: what happens when physical life ends?

That question eventually opens into something larger — what consciousness is, why we are here, what we may become, and whether the journey extends far beyond the limits we presently know.

You are warmly invited to continue exploring.
